(Stuffing) Mozzarella cheese & leaf oregano .

(Dough) : All purpose flour, vegetable oil, salt and warm water .
(Stuffing) Ground bef seasoned with garlic and onions .

Ground Beef & Bulghur cracked wheat seasoned with garlic and onion.
