(Dough) : All purpose flour, vegetable oil, salt and warm water .
(Stuffing) Mozzarella cheese & leaf oregano .

Pastel de Carne

(Dough) : All purpose flour, vegetable oil, salt and warm water .
(Stuffing) Ground bef seasoned with garlic and onions .

Kibes fritos - Fried Meat Croquette

Ground Beef & Bulghur cracked wheat seasoned with garlic and onion.

Carne louca desfiada com molho de tomates

Flat Iron Steak cooked  and follow by tomato sauce seasoned with garlic, onion and red pepper .
